Description

This food-grade baking mat is breathable and lets heat pass through for more even baking and less spread!

Instructions:  Rinse well in hot water before first use. Pat dy. Line baking sheet with mat.  Cookies go directly onto mat.  Do not use with parchment paper.  Do not grease.

Cleaning: Use mat multiple times in a row before cleaning.  Mat will absorb oils which is normal. Rinse with hot water if you desire but it is not necessary in between bakes.  Deep clean in hot water and very mild soap.  Rinse multiple times and make sure the perforations aren't catching any soap residue.

Do not cut the mat as it has interior fibres that will be exposed.  Discard mat if you see any cuts, torn areas, or if the mat is damaged.
