1 package LorAnn Gourmet Hard Candy Mix

½ cup water
-
1 dram (1 teaspoon) LorAnn Super-Strength Flavor
or 1 to 2 teaspoons LorAnn Bakery Emulsion
or Jenna Rae flavour of choice -
LorAnn Liquid Food Coloring (optional)

Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the hard candy mix and water. Stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Bring the mixture to a boil and insert your LorAnn Candy Thermometer.
Step 2
Cook without stirring. Remove from heat once the temperature reaches 149°C (300°F).
Allow the boiling to stop, then stir in your flavouring. Add food coloring if desired.
Tip: LorAnn Super-Strength Flavors are highly concentrated. A little goes a long way.
